With Halloween falling on a Friday, we'll be closed on Oct 31 AND the morning of Nov 1 for regular classes.

We will hold an audition clinic for Sleeping Beauty on November 1 in the afternoon and our Showtime Dancers class will meet as scheduled.

Sleeping Beauty Audition Clinics
Dancers must attend at least one clinic to be eligible for auditions. Clinics are free for Elevate Motion Studio students and $5 for all others. We recommend attending more than one if possible!

Dancers older than our Creative Dance classes will perform in all four shows across the two days. Each Creative Dance class will perform once. Dancers with featured roles will perform their specific part one or two times, in addition to dancing with their regular classes for the other shows.

All dancers (except Tall & Small) are invited to join this year’s Salvation Army Christmas Parade!

• Routines: Learned in class.

• Cost: Free, but prior registration is required (link will be shared closer to the date).

• Ages 5 & under: Must be accompanied by a grownup.

• Parade attire: All black. We’ll provide tutus, and older dancers will also receive Santa hats.

• Parade start: 3:00 PM. Exact meeting time and location will be shared once confirmed.

The National Ballet Theatre of Ukraine is bringing Sleeping Beauty to Jesse Hall, on March 21, 2026, and they've invited our dancers (ages 5+) to share the stage! We're thrilled about this opportunity and will share more details as we get closer to auditions on December 6.

Studio Closed for Spring Break; Dancers Perform in Sleeping Beauty

The studio is closed today, marking the first day of our spring break.

However, some of our talented dancers will be performing in the National Ukrainian Ballet Theater's production of Sleeping Beauty! Our dancers will audition in December 2025 for this exciting opportunity.

Performance: Sleeping Beauty with the National Ukrainian Ballet Theater

Date: March 21, 2026

Time: 7:00 PM

Location: Jesse Hall

Our 2026 Spring Recital will take place at Jesse Auditorium on April 18. Dancers will participate in a dress rehearsal that morning, followed by a single performance in the late afternoon. All dancers enrolled in our Creative Dance classes and above (ages 3+) will perform in the show.

Key Points:

• Production and costume loan fees are fully included in your dance membership.

• There will be 2 complimentary tickets per dancer.

• Creative Dance students will need ballet pink footless tights and will dance barefoot.

• Style classes (ages 7+, including Combo) will need a skin-tone camisole leotard. If their class dress code includes specific shoes and tights, they’ll need to bring those items as well.
