Show Dates

  • Monday, November 9: Dress Rehearsal (see separate page for details)

  • Tuesday, November 10: Show 1 @ 5.30 PM

  • Wednesday, November 11: Show 2 @ 5.30 PM

Check-In & Arrival Times

  • Level 1 & 2 Dancers: Check in between 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Earlier is better (4:30 PM gives them more time to settle in and change backstage without feeling rushed).

    • Priority: Make sure they eat a good meal BEFORE arriving! If eating first means arriving closer to 5:00 PM, that is totally fine.

  • Creative Dancers (Ages 3–6): Check in at 5:00 PM

  • Showtime:5:30 PM

Arrival Prep Checklist

  • Arrive already fed (eat a good meal before coming!)

  • Arrive wearing base layers underneath

  • Hair styled neat and completely up

Running Late? We know weekday schedules are tough! If you need to arrive later than our check-in times, just let us know beforehand so we can set your dancer's costume aside.
